Refund policy

1. General Policy:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons.

  • We do not offer refunds unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

  • We are not responsible for tarnishing caused by exposure to water, perfumes, sweat, or any liquids.

  • Any damage occurring after delivery is not the responsibility of HeyIvy

 


 

2. Eligibility for Returns/Exchange

Returns or exchanges are only applicable if:

  • The product is damaged during transit, or

  • A wrong product has been delivered.

This is unlikely, but in case of human error, we have a resolution process in place.

 


 

3. Inspection & Reporting

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • If the product received is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

    Include the order ID and an unedited unboxing video that clearly shows:

    • Opening of the parcel from the beginning

    • The product inside

    • The damaged or incorrect product

⚠️ Return requests without a proper unboxing video will be denied.

 


 

4. Replacement Approval Process

  • Only after evaluation and approval will a return/exchange be initiated.

  • Once the returned item is received and reviewed, a replacement will be issued.

  • If approved, refunds (only for defect cases) are processed within 2–7 business days.

  • Once approved, the product must be shipped back within 48 hours in:

    • Unworn/unused condition

    • Original packaging

Our team will guide you through packaging and dispatch instructions for a smooth replacement process.


 

5. Replacement Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and reviewed, a replacement will be issued.

  • If the same product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative item from our store.

  • Store credit and monetary refunds are not provided.

 


 

6. Order Cancellation

  • We follow a strict no-cancellation policy.

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

We ensure high-quality checks to minimize any chance of error. However, if an issue arises, we are committed to resolving it promptly and fairly.
