All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email/SMS so you can stalk your package in peace.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During launches, sales, or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes around 7–10 business days depending on your location.

  • Orders must be confirmed within the required time window for same/next-day dispatch

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly while placing your order.

Heyivy will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • incorrect/incomplete addresses
  • unreachable phone numbers
  • refusal to accept the order

If your package gets returned to us due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.
