Our jewellery is made to be worn on repeat and loved without overthinking it.

All our pieces are made with stainless steel and finished with anti-tarnish plating, so they don’t fade under normal wear. They’re pretty low-maintenance, promise.

We like to think of jewellery as the last step—put it on after lotions, perfumes, and hair sprays for it to stay cute longer.
It’s totally fine with everyday water and a little sweat too. Just wipe it dry after and tuck it back into a jewellery pouch when you’re done.

Over time, even the best plated jewellery may need re-plating—that’s just part of wearing and loving it often.

And when it’s time to wind down, give your jewellery a break too—avoid sleeping in it when you can.

Easy care, everyday wear

1. General Policy:

• All sales are final.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons.
• We do not offer refunds unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
• We are not responsible for tarnishing caused by exposure to water, perfumes, sweat, or any liquids.
• Any damage occurring after delivery is not the responsibility of HeyIvy

2. Eligibility for Returns/Exchange

Returns or exchanges are only applicable if:

• The product is damaged during transit, or
• A wrong product has been delivered.

This is unlikely, but in case of human error, we have a resolution process in place.

3. Inspection & Reporting

• Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
• If the product received is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

  Include the order ID and an unedited unboxing video that clearly shows:
• Opening of the parcel from the beginning
• The product inside
• The damaged or incorrect product

⚠️ Return requests without a proper unboxing video will be denied.

4. Replacement Approval Process

• Only after evaluation and approval will a return/exchange be initiated.
• Once the returned item is received and reviewed, a replacement will be issued.
• If approved, refunds (only for defect cases) are processed within 2–7 business days.
• Once approved, the product must be shipped back within 48 hours in:
• Unworn/unused condition
• Original packaging

Our team will guide you through packaging and dispatch instructions for a smooth replacement process.

5. Replacement Policy

• Once the returned item is received and reviewed, a replacement will be issued.
• If the same product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative item from our store.
• Store credit and monetary refunds are not provided.

6. Order Cancellation

• We follow a strict no-cancellation policy.
• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

7. Our Assurance

We ensure high-quality checks to minimize any chance of error. However, if an issue arises, we are committed to resolving it promptly and fairly.

We usually process and ship orders within 2–3 working days after your order is placed.
Please note that processing timelines may vary on Sundays and public holidays, as these are non-working days.

Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 2–10 days, depending on your location. Most orders within India are dispatched within 1–7 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow it every step of the journey.

While we always aim to deliver on time, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control—such as weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or other unforeseen disruptions. In such cases, delivery timelines may vary from order to order.

We kindly request you to double-check your shipping details at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. If an incorrect address is entered, we are unable to re-ship the order at our own expense.
If you notice an error in your address, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help before the order is dispatched.
